Greg Feste is a passionate and results-driven personal injury and medical malpractice attorney with over a decade of experience fighting for the rights of individuals harmed by negligence. A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center (J.D., 2012), Greg also earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin. While in law school, Greg was the Submissions Editor for the Business and Tax Law Journal, further honing his analytical and writing skills.

Since obtaining his law license in 2012, Greg has focused his practice on personal injury, with an emphasis on medical malpractice. He has successfully handled a wide range of cases, from nursing home neglect to complex surgical malpractice, and has secured millions of dollars in settlements and trial verdicts on behalf of his clients. In 2023 alone, Greg managed a docket of 90 cases, bringing in over $4.5 million in settlements.

Greg is known for his meticulous attention to detail and his relentless pursuit of justice. His trial experience is exceptional, having won plaintiff verdicts in five of his six medical malpractice trials, with one trial resulting in a 9-3 hung jury. Notable verdicts include a $3.48 million award in a case involving a failure to diagnose blood clots, and a $530,000 award for a child who suffered permanent hearing loss due to a missed diagnosis. He has earned a reputation as a tenacious advocate, frequently trusted by both clients and defense counsel alike.

Outside of the courtroom, Greg is deeply committed to his family and community. He is an active member of his church, where he regularly volunteers as a leader in the 4th/5th grade youth program. Greg enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three children, gardening, hunting, reading, and woodworking.

Recognized for his legal excellence, Greg was nominated as a Texas Rising Star for Super Lawyers in 2024, an honor given to only a select group of the state’s top young attorneys. He is a proud member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the State Bar of Texas and Arizona.
