Applications Open for Spring 2023 Scholarships
At the Law Office of Shane R. Kadlec, we serve and represent individuals who suffer injuries after serious accidents. Our team understands the important role public service plays in an individual's physical, emotional, and financial recovery. With the Law Office of Shane R. Kadlec Public Service Scholarship, we want to support college students who are pursuing a career in public service and are passionate about helping others.
Each semester, we offer two scholarship awards in the amount of $2,000 each to students who strive to become better public servants. The funds can be used for tuition and other educational expenses at a university or college in the United States.

Who is Eligible to Apply?
To be eligible for a Spring 2023 Law Office of Shane R. Kadlec Public Service Scholarship, you must meet the following criteria:
How Do I Apply?
Your application should include a one-page (approximately 500 words) essay response to the following prompt:
In addition to your essay, we ask that you submit proof of enrollment at an accredited U.S. college or university, contact information, and a professional photograph of yourself (headshot must be a JPEG file).
The Deadline to Submit All Materials is January 10, 2023 11:59 PM Central Time.
How Are The Recipients Chosen?
After reviewing all applications, our team at the Law Office of Shane R. Kadlec will select two recipients for the Spring 2023 scholarship based on the following criteria:

Requirements
We will select and notify the Spring 2023 recipients by February 10, 2023. Awards will be sent directly to the financial aid office of each recipient's school. Recipients must consent to the use of their name, photograph, and essay on the Law Office of Shane R. Kadlec website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.

Fall 2022 Winner Emily Martinez
The Law Office of Shane R. Kadlec is honored to announce that Emily Martinez has been selected as one of our Fall 2022 Public Service Scholarship recipients. This Fall semester, Emily will be starting her second year of law school at the University of Houston.

Fall 2022 Winner Kristina Tipton
We have named Kristina Tipton as one of the winners of our Public Service Scholarship contest for the Fall 2022 semester. The Law Office of Shane R. Kadlec is excited to announce Kristina’s accomplishment as she continues her legal education through the South Texas College of Law.

Spring 2022 Winner Tionna Taite
For the Law Office of Shane R. Kadlec Public Service Scholarship, we are excited to announce Tionna Taite as one of our award recipients for the Spring 2022 semester. Tionna will graduate from The University of Alabama in May 2022. After graduation, Tionna intends on enrolling in law school.

Spring 2022 Winner Brady Cole Miller
We are pleased to award one of our Spring 2022 Public Service Scholarships to aspiring law student, Brady Cole Miller. Brady is a senior at the University of Texas - Austin and will start his legal education in the Fall of 2022.
