Rose is the Managing Director and Senior Paralegal at the Law Office of Shane R. Kadlec, where she has been an essential part of the team since 2006. With nearly two decades of experience, Rose serves as the backbone of our firm, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. As the right hand to our managing attorney, she oversees business operations, from bringing in quality cases and ensuring client satisfaction to managing staff and overseeing financial operations. Her organizational skills and leadership keep the office operating at its best.
Rose’s attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities are key to the success of the firm.
Outside of the office, Rose is a devoted wife, mother of three children and one dog, and a passionate soccer mom. She is a big supporter of her children’s involvement in the sport, regularly cheering them on at games. Rose also enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Tram Tran
Director of Client Management
Tram is one of our dedicated case managers at the Law Office of Shane R. Kadlec. She began managing personal injury cases in May of 2015, where she has developed a true understanding for the pain and difficulty each client is facing when they come to us. She treats our clients like family, working tirelessly to provide the support they need. Tram is committed to maintaining the trust that each client places in the hands of our firm and ensures they have the best experience possible. She has dedicated herself to the service of others and goes above and beyond for our clients.
Outside of work, Tram is a talented stand-up bass player and singer. She also loves outdoor activities, traveling, playing video and board games, and taking pictures of her beloved dogs. Her biggest passion though is eating! She’s a food connoisseur and is most happy when she’s eating!

Santiago is the Intake Specialist at the Law Office of Shane R. Kadlec, playing a key role in guiding potential clients through the initial case evaluation process. In his role, Santiago gathers essential information about each case, ensuring that every detail is accurately documented and clearly communicated to the legal team. Case Manager – Spanish Speaking
With over 11 years of experience in the field, Julie brings extensive knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her role as case manager. She joined our team in July of 2024, bringing expertise and strong commitment to supporting clients through every stage of their recovery journey. She plays a vital role in ensuring that our Spanish-speaking clients are guided through the complex legal processes, creating a more inclusive and accessible experience for all our clients.
Outside the office, Julie is a proud wife and mother to two sons and three dogs. She cherishes quality moments with her loved ones by spending weekends on the beach, traveling to Mexico, or watching movies.

With a degree in Marketing and a recent college graduation from Berry College under her belt, she has seamlessly integrated her expertise into our firm’s branding and image enhancement initiatives. Carlos Rivas serves as a receptionist with strong customer service experience in both English and Spanish. He is often the first point of contact for clients and professionals, providing a welcoming and efficient experience while managing calls and administrative support. In addition to his receptionist duties, Carlos supports the intake team by assisting potential clients with personal injury, medical malpractice, and dental malpractice matters. He is known for his warm demeanor, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help every individual who reaches out to the firm.
Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending quality time with his daughter and family. He has a strong appreciation for outdoor activities, including running, which helps him stay active and balanced. Carlos holds a degree in International Relations and is a committed professional who brings dedication and empathy to his work.
